Frames & Framing
Our frames are made from Pine wood called Fir - A lightweight but strong wood that is much less likely to warp than 'normal' Pine frames an essential in today’s 'centrally heated' environment. All makes of Canvas will need retensioning at some time our canvases are supplied with re-tensioning wedges, when nessersary you can just tap each wedge until the Canvas becomes taught again (full instructions are included). Our frames are 38mm deep which gives you a great projection off of your wall. We stock up to 44” in width / hight but larger sized frames can be manufactured by request.

Image Specifications:
We aim to match colours to your supplied image but stress that we cannot guarantee an exact match. Please send/upload the largest resolution of the image you choose. The more information that you have in a photo, the better the image will print. Please note if the original image suffers from any imperfections our process will not fix these.
If you do not wish to upload your picture, please feel free to send us a CD with your image on it.

File Formats
JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, BMP. If you have trouble uploading or your file format is no included, please e-mail us. We will set up an FTP account for you to upload your image to.
We can scan original photos (large or small an extra charge may be made for this service).
Digital camera photos are simple to work with
Photo Size
The minimum recommended size of your digital images is approximately 1mb. Any size below this may cause pixilation on the canvas print. Most mobile phone pictures are not suitable for enlargement.
Cropping
If your original image is portrait (for example) and you wish to have a square canvas, please crop your image to size or indicate where you wish the crop to be. If you are happy for our designers to choose the best crop we will email you a proof (please request).
Picture Wrap
A picture wrap is where the image wraps around the canvas sides. If you do not wish to have a picture wrap, please select none in the options list. This will mean the picture will be printed to the frame size.
If you would like a Picture Wrap Canvas, please send the image to size.
The image will need to be 120mm larger in width and height then the frame size you require so that the picture covers every exposed angle.
We are more than happy to do this for you and send you a PDF proof for you to check.
Printer
We have a 64”, wide format printer with patented weave technology. This reduces the appearance of banding caused by standard printing methods. The eco-sol inks produce vibrant colours and leave your images looking stunning to the eye.
Delivery
All orders within the UK are FREE DELIVERY for the Christmas period. Customers outside of the UK should contact us for delivery charges. Turnaround for canvas prints is normally 7 - 10 working days from receipt of payment and your image to dispatch.

Care for your Canvas
To take the best care of you canvas, please read our care instructions for your canvas:
· Avoid hanging or storing your canvas where it may be subject to significant temperature changes and humidity, e.g. a conservatory, basement, attic etc....
· Do not place your canvas in direct sunlight or any other intense light source.
· Do not place your canvas above or near a heat source, e.g. a radiator, chimney breast, gas fire etc.
· A stable cool dry environment is best for your canvas print!
Our canvas’s are mounted onto stretcher frames so if the canvas begins to sag slightly (which all do in time) you just need to turn the canvas around and with a hammer, just gently tap the tension wedges which separates the frame re-tensioning the canvas to as new condition.
